First half 19th century, the rectangular top with twin hinged rounded flaps to sides above a frieze drawer over a faceted baluster stem above downswept legs, closed, 31'' H x 36.5'' W x 24.5'' D, est:$600/900

31'' H x 36.5'' W x 24.5'' D. Condition: Width open: 57''. Structurally sound. General marks, nicks, scratches and wear commensurate with age and use. With a tight shrinkage crack running horizontally across top. With a patched repair with what appears to be original veneer to right side of top. With typical minor cracking and lifting to timber in areas, and some consequent well-matched overpainted restoration. Pulls probably original with ebonized decoration rubbed. Feet tipped. Possibly originally with casters.
