Two Russian silver cigarette cases
early 20th century, each marked ''84'' with maker's marks ''PG'' and PR'', one with green stone inset catch decorated with a scene of an angel visitation to one side and a bearded man to the other, the second with a depiction of a castle, with red stone-inset windows to one side and foliate scrolls to other, the larger, 4.75'' W x 3.5'' D, 17 oz. tw. approx., est:$500/700

Condition: Smaller: 0.5 x 4.25 x 3.25. Good overall condition. With typical marks, scratches, rubbing and minor dings to surface overall. Some repousse decoration detail rubbed away. Lacking interior straps. Not monogrammed.
